During Ramadan, especially after Iftar some people observe that rather than decreasing their belly is increasing by each passing day. There are many reasons for the reason of increased belly but the most common is eating lot of food together.
During fasting Muslims don’t eat anything from dawn till sunset, as soon as the call for Maghrib prayers is given some people start eating food not realizing that it’s not good for health.
At the time of iftar we should eat only light fruits and natural drinks along with dates. Then after an interval we should eat the iftar.
As for the food it is better to eat it after few hours, such as after Taraweeh. Otherwise you will end up putting everything in your stomach together, which will result in increased belly.
So if you want to avoid the problem of increased belly then eat less and that too in intervals.
