Gujranwala: Young doctors of Civil hospital go on strike today leaving the patients at the mercy of the hospital administration, Awamiweb has reported. Reasons for the strike are not known. Senior doctors however have taken charge to handle the situation. The operation theaters, OPD and MS Office have started their work in routine.
M.S Anwar Aman, the senior doctor at the hospital has said that strict actions would be taken agaisnt the doctors for such non-professional attitude. Elite forces have also been called to take control of the situation and to avoid any miss-happening. Mr Anwar has said that despite the strike we would manage to continue our wrkwork.
Earlier too the Young Doctor’s Association had observed strikes and called off to their works to force the authorites to accept their demands. These strikes when observed for couple of days, result in losses to many lives. Sometimes the situations become highly manageable and are tackled by the intervention of the top governmental authorites.
