Everyone wants to lose weight but when it comes to take advices almost everyone you know gives different advice. Someone will ask you to skip your breakfast, another will tell you skip dinner. One will recommend exercise at morning other will say it is better before going to bed.
So stop taking advice from those who have never been through dieting and let’s take the opinion of those who have lost weight through some remedies. In a morning show Javeria Abbasi told how she lost her weight in few weeks.
Javeria Abbasi said that she purchases watermelon and makes a natural juice from it and then she drinks it whole day. She said I take the bottle to shoots and I regularly drink it.
She also asked people to have a fruit based breakfast which will give you nutrients but are not calorie rich which means you will not gain weight.
