Almost everyone washes hands before eating food but the problem is most of the people for most of the times don’t wash their hands properly. A new research by Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland revealed the six steps to properly wash your hands.
- Wet your hands with water & soap.
- Rub your palms together properly with fingers interlacing.
- Rub your right palm over left and vice versa.
- Now rub back of your fingers.
- Rinse hands with water.
- Now use a tissue to dry your hands.
The most common mistake during washing hand is that people use their clean hands to turn of the faucet which is dirty. Always use tissue to turn the faucet off.
Antibacterial soap also requires time to kill bacteria and germs so always wash your hands for at least 60 seconds. Always follow this correct method to wash your hands.
