London: Scores of Muslims protesting for inadequate facilities at Queen Mary University offered Friday prayers in rain. It is pertinent here to mention that out of all the students, Muslims account 20 % of the total strength enrolled at the university.
Principal Professor Simon Gaskell denying for amendment in the policy has urged the students to attend the prayers at the local mosques.
Shahala Ahad, one of the graduated students of engineering said that university facilities are adequate but still it requires consideration.
