
As the summer is approaching, Pakistan Railways has released the summer timetable which will be effective from 15 April 2023.
As per the time table, the timings of the trains have been changed.
11 Up Hazara Express will depart from Karachi City at 7:35 instead of 07:00. 45 Up Pakistan Express will depart from Karachi Cantt at 14:00 instead of 13:30.
15 Up Karachi and 16 Down Lahore will depart simultaneously at 17:00 instead of 16:30.
17 Up Millat Express will depart from Karachi Cantt at 17:30 instead of 17:00.
7 Up Tezgam will depart from Karachi Cantt at 18:00 instead of 17:30. While 9 Up Allama
Iqbal Express will depart from Karachi Cantt at 18:30 instead of 15:30.
According to the spokesman, all other vehicles will continue to operate as per their old timetable.
According to reports, the Pakistan Railways has set aside an additional Rs. 2 million to finish the renovation and construction of a platform at Shaddadpur Railway Station. These funds will be used during the current fiscal year.
According to a representative of the Ministry of Railways, “ The key Shaddadpur Train Station, which has three platforms and is located on the main line, is where the majority of mail and express trains stop.”
