Global Firepower has released the Military Strength Ranking for 2023 in which Pakistan is not only included in the list of top 10 most powerful & strongest army but rather is ranked the 7th best army in the world.
Each year Global Firepower releases the list for most powerful armies after consideration of over 60 individual factors which includes quantity, quality, military equipment, financial position and many more.

In 2022 Pakistan was ranked 9th and now in this year Pakistan is the 7th number among top ten countries due to many factor such as:

- Manufacturing, agricultural and industrial production
The ranking of Global Firepower is released after considering 145 countries, and Pakistan being amount the top 10 is a great news. But when compared with rival India, which is ranked 4th, things aren’t as good as they should be. Pakistan and India has fought multiple battles in the past, and India even succeeded in separating East Pakistan as Bangladesh. Kashmir is still occupied by India which means there are still chances of military engagements between both countries. Hence this indicates that Pakistan’s military capabilities should be increased to deter a bigger military and economic force such as India.
