Price Increases for 28 Items and 11 Became Cheaper in Running Week

In Pakistan this week, the overall rate of inflation has reached the level of 47.97%.

The Bureau of Statistics has released the data related to the increase in the rate of inflation after a week of review.

According to the report, inflation has increased by 0.96 % this week, so the overall rate of inflation has reached 47.97%.

According to the Institute of Statistics, the price of 28 essential commodities increased, 11 decreased and 12 remained stable this week.
According to the report, during a week, tomato became expensive by Rs.892 paise, 190 gram tea packet by Rs.39.67 paise, potato by Rs.2.26 paise and banana by Rs.7 and a half per item.

According to the Bureau of Statistics, in the recent week, sugar has become expensive by 2 rupees 78 paise, 20 kg bag of flour by 42 rupees 55 paise, 2.5 kg box of ghee by 18 rupees 3 paise.

According to the report, during this week, salt, milk, beef, curd and rice are also included in the list of essential items, which became expensive.

According to the Bureau of Statistics, onion has become cheaper by 25 rupees, chicken by 25 rupees 62 paise, garlic by 23 rupees 42 paise and lentils by 6 rupees 43 paise per kg.

According to the report, this week the prices of eggs have decreased by 5 rupees and 53 paise per dozen, chickpeas at Rs 3 22 paise per kg, dal mash and dal mung.

According to the Bureau of Statistics, stability has been seen in the prices of 12 essential commodities during the recent week.
