The advertisement on taxis was seen by Pakistan as a step to malign Pakistan and cause instability in Balochistan region where an ongoing offensive is still present which started during Musharraf era.
Earlier similar campaign was initiated in Switzerland when UN & international delegations were present in Geneva. Pakistan summoned Swiss ambassador as a protest against the campaign.
