Many people are slim but their face is fat, if you are among them and wants to reduce face fat and get a slimmer face then you just have to follow some basic face exercises. Just like to lose body fat you have to do physical exercises similarly to lose face fat you have to follow some physical exercises.
1) Start doing chin lifts because it is the best exercise because it involves all face muscles. Just lift your head and tilt it towards ceiling and move like you want to kiss the ceiling for 10 seconds.
2) Lips pull is another exercise which gives you high cheekbones and makes you look younger.
3) Fish face is also recommended for cheeks and is easy to perform. Just try to stuck your lips and cheeks for 5 seconds, do it for at least 10 times.
