If you visit their website Yayvo.com, through which the tickets are being sold, you will find many mistakes. Such as:
- No proper capitalization of area name such as Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society (PECHS) is written as pechs.
- Banglore, Clifton & Karachi are written as banglore, clifton and karachi.
- Names of many areas were shortened such as Shahrah-e-Faisal is written as sh-e-faisal and Road was written as rd
- There was also spelling mistakes such as in Rashid Minhas Road ‘Minhas’ was spelled as ‘Minas’.
- They also failed to list the centers in alphabetic orders which would have been helpful for customers while searching for their nearest areas.
- In some locations the name also omitted important names of the area or roads, such as express center in Gulshan-e-Iqbal was written without the name of ‘Rashid Minhas Road’ on which it is located.
- Some centers were titled with the area name such as Gulshan-e-Iqbal while some were titled with the name of the specific stop such as Gulshan Chowrangi.
People also complained about the unavailability of Rs. 500 tickets from some TCS centers.
