Sky47 Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with Wateen Telecom Limited to further strengthen Pakistan’s high-capacity digital backbone, enabling next-generation data center, cloud, and enterprise workloads across major urban centers.

The agreement was formally signed by Mr. Hassan Abbas, Chief Executive Officer, Sky47 Limited, and Mr. Adil Rashid, Chief Executive Officer, Wateen Telecom, in the presence of senior leadership from both organizations.

This partnership reinforces Sky47’s mission to build Pakistan’s most advanced, AI-ready, Tier III/IV certified data center ecosystem. By aligning with a nationwide connectivity leader, Sky47 is accelerating the delivery of secure, scalable, and future-ready digital infrastructure aligned with Pakistan’s Cloud-First policy and the rapidly growing demand for AI, cloud, and high-performance computing workloads.

Through this collaboration, Sky47’s carrier-neutral data center campuses in Karachi and Islamabad, with planned expansion in Lahore, will be supported by resilient, high-capacity fiber connectivity, an advanced national backbone, and enterprise-grade MPLS services. The result is a robust platform capable of supporting mission-critical workloads at scale, with the reliability and performance required by hyperscalers, enterprises, and government institutions.

This milestone further positions Sky47 as a foundational enabler of Pakistan’s digital economy, delivering the infrastructure confidence enterprises need to scale, innovate, and operate securely in an increasingly connected and data-driven future.
