If you want to get muscles and increase weight then you must remember that to do these things:
- Eat A lot! Yes if you need more muscles you have to eat more. If you take extra 500 calories each day within a weak you will get 1 pound, that seems simple but when you start eating you give it up.
- Don’t say that I am not hungry just force yourself to eat more, but healthy food. Get Protein, because they are the building block of muscles. If you want muscles you need protein and if you need protein you will have to eat more almonds, fish, chicken, and milk.
- Start exercising because if you only eat more you will get fat and not muscular. You need to channelize the intake of calories and energy to build muscles and for that you need proper exercise.
- Pull Ups, Chin Ups, Bench press, Stomach cramps are some of the basic things you need to do. If you are not familiar with these things then meet a trainer and learn then.
