The Department of Culture has issued notices to unregistered hotels and restaurants in Sindh.
Karachi: It has been revealed that several hotels and restaurants in Sindh are operating without registration from the Directorate of Tourist Services.
According to the notice, these unregistered hotels and restaurants must obtain a registration license under Section (1) 5 of the Pakistan Hotels and Restaurants Act 1976 by January 31. Failure to do so will result in strict legal action.
It is important to note that registration with the Directorate of Tourist Services is mandatory for operating hotels and restaurants in Sindh.
