10th January, 2012 was one of the worst days of Pakistan as more than 125 people were killed in three different incidents in three cites of Pakistan. Three blasts in Quetta at Shahrah-e-Iqbal and Alamdar Road left 93 people dead and many are hospitalized in a critical condition. A private TV channel cameraman and security personnel was also among the dead.
22 people were killed and almost 70 were injured in a cylinder blast at a religious gathering in Swat valley. The explosion took place at the main Tableeghi Markaz (preaching centre) located on the Takht Band Road in the Mingora city.
In Karachi 11 people were killed in spate incidents of violence. Seven people were killed near Dr Nadir Homeopathic Hospital at Superhighway. Killing in Karachi has become so normal that everyday at least six to seven people are killed and residents of Karachi are now taking this as schedule because law enforcement agencies have failed to maintain law and order in the metropolis city from the last many months.
It was a sad day for all the Pakistanis that hundreds of innocent people died but it is sure that no one will be arrested for these blasts, killing. Even in the case of Swat blast which was a cylinder blast no one will be caught as who was the responsible for this and authorities will never be able to catch the culprits of Quetta and Karachi.
