Karachi: Eid-Ul-Adha comes along with new prices of vegetable by which public of Metropolitan faces many problems. Wholesale prices of onion are Rs 35 per kg. After increase of Rs 15 price of tomato is Rs 50 per kg, where as coriander and podina increase up to Rs 10 per each bundle.
Moreover, price of tomato increase up to Rs 70 per kg from Rs 50 per kg in Rawalpindi, where as the price or green chilli has increased up to Rs 50 per kg and in Quetta price of potato, onion and tomato is Rs 20, 45 and 40 respectively.
According to reports, in Peshawar tomato has sold at Rs 55 per kg in vegetable market. Now a day’s people are already worried for animals due to high prices now sky rocketing prices of vegetable will create lot of problem for middle class people.
