Peshawar: Pakistanis ‘titled’ as polio virus carriers are liable to face permanent ban on Hajj and Umrah performance by the Saudi government. These views were expressed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa governor, Shaukatullah Khan in an interview with one of the media channels.
Pakistanis are blamed to affect much of the countries in past a year. Hence, the Minister feared the likeliness of ban on the native people in regard to the illness. He said there is need to inculcate awareness among people to get vaccinated against the disease. Otherwise, they might failure to perform the religious act, he doubted. The governor remarked that people need to understand the benefits of getting vaccinated against polio virus. Expressing utter dissatisfaction over the failure to undermine the significance of vaccination, the Minister said, people do not realize the loss they are bringing to their children health.
The Minister expressed grief over the unawareness among the people to get rid of the menace. He stated that next generations born child would be handicapped. People shall release polio vaccination importance, he believed.
