Fire explosion wrapped away 25 people in a shoe factory on 11th September in Lahore The owner of the factory is also included among the people died and it is reported that 5 of the 30 workers are seriously injured. The injured workers were immediately taken to the hospital.
30 workers were working in the factory according to their shift when fire in gulfed the factory as reported the reason of explosion is not yet known but the presence of certain inflammable chemicals is in the factory is suspected as the major reason of the explosion.
DCO Lahore claims the reason of the explosion was burning of electric generator present in the factory. He added that it was the electric generator which caught fire and caused the burning of chemical and fire explosion.
