Karachi: Civil Association Authority (CAA) has directed the Jinnah international Terminal of the city to shut their runway for two hours on 27 of September. The CAA informing PIA along with other international airlines said that accumulation of tires and screeches on the Karachi runway might result in accidents while the airplanes may face difficulty while landing.
The maintaining and cleanliness process have begun since Monday, therefore all the airlines should change their flying schedules on 27 September between 1 m to3 pm, to avoid any inconvenience.
The authority has further informed that the maintenance process would take nearly up to 3 months.
