There is no food or fruit which reduces the sugar level rather the only solution to high sugar is medication and change in diet which will help in controlling sugar.
Avocados are one of the least known fruits in Pakistan but for diabetic patients it is the best fruit which helps in controlling sugar level. Avocados contain Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) and monounsaturated fatty acids which improve insulin sensitivity.
Fatty Fish which are rich in omega-3 are also a good way to control glucose level. Some research has also linked garlic & onion with controlling diabetes. Garlic doesn’t contain any carbohydrate which means there will be no increase in blood sugar level.
Chia seeds which are widely consumed in China & South East Asia are helpful in lowering glucose & cholesterol level, hence preventing diabetes and high blood pressure.
Blueberries & blackberries are also helpful because they contain enzymes which slow down the digestion process, this prevents your glucose level from rising after eating starch rich food.
