If you want your child to be healthier and smarter then you should give him an egg daily, from an early age of 6-9 months. This was revealed in a new study by an independent research of Washington University.
Babies who daily ate eggs had higher level of important nutrients such as vitamin B12. It was also observed that those children who were not given eggs in daily diet were under weight.
Children who eat eggs also avoid sugar-sweetened foods, which is another good effect of egg. Previously eggs were part of British culture and mothers fed eggs to their children from an early age but now powdered milk, dairy products, fruits and vegetables are preferred on eggs.
Fruits & dairy products are also beneficial for babies but eggs should also be given to fulfill the nutrient requirement.
