Many people are using nicotine gum in nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) which is a process for smokers to leave this unhealthy and bad habit.
Nicotine gum contains 2 to 4 gm nicotine which is equal to the amount of nicotine you get through one or two cigarettes. Chain smokers can use a maximum of 12-20 nicotine gums a day but it is recommended that you should decide it according to the number of cigarettes you smoke.
