Lahore: Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Punjab Dr. Waseem Akhter said that the current year is the election year therefore the workers of the Jamaaat-e-Islami should prepare themselves for the election campaign. He was addressing a public conference held under the Jamaat-e-Islami Punjab wing.
He said that the Government should respect the feeling of the public on the resumption of NATO supply. While talking to the Kissan Board delegation he said that because of the worst agriculture policy the sector of agriculture is getting destroyed.
Meanwhile the wife of Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Ayesha Munawar said that the country needs a revolution based on Islamic values. She added that the country needs good leadership. She was addressing to the women wing of Jamaat-e-Islami in Mansoora convention.
