Chinese media have reported that the Chinese citizens abducted and killed from Quetta were involved in illegal missionary work.
Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar also questioned the action of Chinese citizens saying that they came in Pakistan on business visa but then travelled to Quetta to meet a South Korean man who was running a language school.
But they were part of a Christian Missionary group advocating and preaching Christianity during which they were abducted and killed.
Chaudhry Nisar said that data bank will be maintained for foreign Chinese nationals who were coming in Pakistan after CPEC. He said Pakistani government is responsible for their security but Chinese nationals should also play their part and should not be involved in actions which will risk their lives.
