Rawalpindi: Brigadier Ali Khan court martial case proceedings have been completed. It was allegedly said that Brigadier Ali Khan was preparing a group in the Army to rebel against the Government. He was taken in the custody last year on 6th May, 2011 from Rawalpindi.
The court martial proceedings against the brigadier started last year December in the supervision of a two Star Major General in Sialkot. The court martial proceeding went on about 6 months and it finally ended on 20th June, 2012.
Five on duty Army officers said that Brigadier Ali Khan instigated them against the Civil and Military leadership while according to the Army laws the Army courts make a brief summary regarding the case and send it to the commandant. The commandant of this case is the Corps Commander of Gujranwala.
Col (R) Inaam Raheem who is the lawyer of Brig. Ali Khan said that court martial proceedings for his client are impossible as he had been retired from the Army before the commencement of this case. He said that Brig. Khan has been victimized by for speaking against the American aggression on the Osama raid.
