CHARSADDA: 10 People of the same family killed in Charsadda. According to details, 10 family members including the head of the same family were killed in Charsadda. The dead included 2 children and 4 women as well. Some armed men barged into a house in Tehsil Tangi. The attack was made at the house of Jamal whereas the armed men started firing indiscriminately on the people who were sleeping late night.
According to sources, all 10 people including the head of the family, 2 children and 4 women died on the spot. The dead bodies were shifted to tehsil headquarter hospital, Tangi where the relatives of the dead family staged protest due to delay in the post mortem. The relatives of the dead family stated that the terrible incident took place on relationship conflict.
The relatives said that the accused, Gul Ahmed Khan, who was involved in firing, was would-be son-in-law of the head of the family, Jamal. They said that the accused had killed his mother, father and two brothers 4 months ago. According to police, the report was filed on the statements of the relatives and further investigations were underway. Raids are being made to arrest Gul Ahmed Khan.
