Waking up early is said to be a good thing but what really are the benefits of waking up early at the morning? Is it a myth or a reality based on personal experiences? After doing some research it seems that it is not a myth rather waking up early is beneficial for us.
A research in 2010 by a biologist from Harvard revealed that waking up early increases the productivity because after getting a good sleep our brain is more effective and there are fewer interruptions when doing work at early.
Waking up early also makes you more fit psychologically; a study has shown that people who wake up early are more positive and optimistic. But it should be noted that waking up early doesn’t mean not getting proper sleep, rather it means sleeping early and waking up early.
It also gives you more time to exercise and makes your eating system in a healthy pattern.
