After the killing of three lawyers in Karachi panic was spread among the surrounding area of tragic incident. The Supreme Court Bar Association has announced that they would protest against the killings by observing a country-wide boycott of court proceedings on 26 January, 2012 (Thursday). The Shia Ulema Council has announced three-day mourning including strike on Thursday.
Students of different universities, colleges and school are now thinking that universities, colleges and schools will remain close on 26 January, 2012 (Thursday). But in this regard no official announcement has been made and all the universities, colleges and school will remain open on 26 January, 2012 (Thursday).
A student of University of Karachi said that in Karachi University (KU) there was a rumor that university will remain close on 26 January, 2012 (Thursday) but there was also no such news regarding closure of Karachi University on Thursday.
