Bannu: The Chief Minister of Punjab Mr Shahbaz Sharif has said that today’s war is the war for Pakistan’s survival, the wars are not fought on daily basis, this time is for ‘’now or never’’, the whole nation is favouring the operation Zarb-i-Azb and this operation will surely be accomplished.
While addressing to the migrants from North Waziristan in the Commissioner House, Bannu, the chief minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif said that the operation-affectees (migrants) were spending a very difficult time as they all had left their homes and businesses, adding that the whole nation was in their support.
Shahbaz Sharif further said that the Army soldiers were fighting against terrorists with full bravery. He added that a specific ideology or theory had paralyzed the country through guns. He further said that the Pakistani soldiers were obliterating the terrorists from the soil, the operation had been favoured by the whole nation and we would accomplish the operation Zarb-i-Azb.
The chief minister said that all the resources would be showered on the victims of the operation, adding that the nation would not sigh of relief unless every migrant family was rehabilitated. On this occasion, Shahbaz Sharif announced that on behalf of his government, every affected family would be paid 7 thousands rupees as an aid. He also said that a modern hospital, technical college and girls’ college would also be set up in North Waziristan.
Shahbaz Sharif while addressing to the victims who had migrated from North Waziristan due to operation Zarb-i-Azb, termed today’s war for the survival of Pakistan and vowed that we had to save Pakistan.
