Tando Adam traffic situation is going towards worse condition. Shop sellers and mosque prayers are so fed up due to the traffic mess. Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Ameer Sheikh told that traffic police officers are not able to control the traffic rush. They are receiving bribe from law breaker drivers and bike riders. That’s why traffic rush problem is still unsolved.
Actually this problem starts when traffic is going on wrong route and heavy vehicle come on regular basis. On the other hand bike riders and car drivers are driving very fast. Due to this reason road accident ratio is increasing day by day. In many places road signals are out of order. Zebra crossing line is erased. DIG said that we are making plan to control traffic rush. Traffic police management has issued notice to police officers to control traffic situation. But they are not taking serious notice.
Traffic police department should see this problem and solve it immediately. Those employees who are not performing their duties should be immediately terminated. They should start employees training program and take strict action against law breakers.
