Karachi: Sindh Rangers has started a radio show for the first time in the history, with the title “Rangers Hour” on FM 101. According to the reports of Pakistani media industry, Sindh Rangers has taken this initiative to enhance public relation. Rangers spokesman has released an audio message, according to which the program Rangers Hour will be on aired 5 days in a week, from Monday to Friday. The program is launched on 2nd October 2015, on Friday.
The objectives of this radio program are to update the public from the targeted operation during the transmission and to brief them the details of operation. The stories of martyred personnel will be also shared during the transmission, according to the audio message released by spokesman of Rangers. It has been also said in this audio message that the feedback of citizens of Karachi is very important to end the operation successfully. All the citizens of Karachi would be able to contact during the transmission and can register their complaints to have some serious action against that.
It is to be noted that it is first contact between para military force with the general public in which they would be able to give their opinion via phone call.
