Lahore: Former Pakistan speedster Shoaib Akhtar and wicket keeper Moin Khan will travel across the country in a bid to search out talented cricketers, playing in the streets, as a part of a program launched by Pepsi, a soft drink company.
Shoaib Akhar, 36 year old, who denied reports of his return in the International cricket expressed to serve his country off the field now. “I want to serve the game in Pakistan because we have a lot of aptitude in the street,” he said.
The two Pakistani players will now search the hidden gems across the roads and streets in order to provide Pakistan cricket a better talent for the future.
