Karachi: Pakistan crushed defending champions India in a nail biting thriller by 32-30 win in the 3rd Asian Beach Games Kabaddi semi-final being played in China’s city of Hiyang.
Team Coach hailing Abrar Khan’s winning touch told that Pakistan cruised the game with a lead of 31-30 till the last seconds of the match, had Abrar been trapped, game would have gone to the additional time.
“Abrar made a tremendous effort to clinch a nerve-racking victory for Pakistan,” coach told. He made sure that the scores didn’t get leveled or else extra-time would’ve been a different point altogether and the game could’ve gone either way, he added.
Pakistan will now face Iran in the mega final who undone Sri Lanka today with a convincing scores of 50-23.
