Karachi: Sindh High Court (SHC) earlier in the day decided to to suspend the decision to vacant the seat of Sindh former chief Minister Dr. Arbab Ghulam Rahim.
Because of the high absence in the assembly Arbab’s seat was declared vacant by the Sindh Assembly speaker for which Arbab ghulam Rahim send a petition to the Sindh High Court where as SHC has suspend the orders given by the Sindh Assembly.
The Engineer Wali Mohammad Rahimo, a Pakistan People’s Party representative who lost the 2008 election against Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim from PS-60 Tharparkar, registered the petition that Arbab Rahim was elected from PS-60 as the Member of Sindh Assembly but he continuously remained absent from the provincial assembly for more than 40 consecutive days as a result his seat should be automatically declared vacant by the laws.
