Karachi: Pakistani pacer Rana Naved-ul-Hasan has urged the National selectors to give him only a chance to prove himself and be a part of National Cricket team who participates in the upcoming Twenty20 World Cup tournament, saying he still has at least two more years of cricket left in him.
He ruled out retirement in spite of continuous cold-shoulder at him from the selector and expressed that, “I was expecting to be in the mix on the tour but was distressed to find out that it wasn’t the case.”
Rana hoped that he can still play at the top level for at least two years and will work tirelessly to play for Pakistan once again.
He anticipated that there is still a time left in the announcement of the Pakistan squad for the T20 World Cup and he is trying his level best to give it the best shot for Derbyshire in June (in the Twenty20 tournament) to ensure his place in the Pakistan squad
