Ramadan e Kareem has started in most parts of the world and people are fasting on 1st August 2011. 
However in Pakistan the Ruwait-e-Hilal Committee (the moon sighting Committee) will sit tonight in order to observe the moon sight to decide the announcement of Ramadan e Kareem 2011.
