Afghan intelligence officials claimed that the plot of former Afghan President Burhanuddin Rabbani assassination plan was made four months before in Quetta, adding that the proofs were handed over to Pakistani officials in Kabul.
The Spokesperson of Afghan Intelligence Agency Lutfullah Mashal while talking to reporters in Kabul said that the plot originated in the Satellite town area of Quetta four months ago by the QUETTA Shoora.
He said that investigators provided addresses, photos and maps to the Pakistani Embassy in Kabul.
It is worth mentioning here that on Thursday Afghan President Hamid Karzai claimed that some famous personalities of Quetta are involved in the assassination and said that an investigation team would be send to Pakistan and if Pakistan cannot cooperate then we should request United Nations to investigate this matter.
On the other hand, Afghan President Hamid Karzai while addressing a gathering of religious leaders on Saturday in Kabul leveled allegations on Pakistan about the killing of Rabbani saying that now Afghan government would hold dialogues with Pakistani government not with Taliban.
He said that now he is sure that the dialogues with Pakistan are compulsory, questioning that he not know with whom the dialogues should be conducted, adding that the reply is not known. (SANA)
