Punjab Government is using billions of Rupees in constructing Metro bus services while people of Punjab lack basic necessities such as education and health care.

Lahore Mayo Hospital is among Asia’s one of the biggest hospital which not only treats patients from Lahore but has to treat patients from other cities and districts because other small hospitals are out of service. Even in Mayo hospital only 10% patients receive free medicines.
As much as 659 basic and rural Health units in Punjab are inoperative, others lack basic requirements.
In Lahore’s Punjab Institute Of Cardiology patients have to wait months for basic tests while for angioplasty they are given dates after 1-2 years, even then government is showing no concern.
