Recently Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Shaharyar Khan answering a question on Bilal Asif’s suspect bowling, Shaharyar admitted that it was the responsibility of domestic umpires, referees and others. He also said that PCB had earlier got doubts about Bilal’s bowling action but it was hoped that his arm bend will not exceed the 15 degree limit.
My simple question to Shaharyar Khan is will you only admit mistake on this or will you take serious action in this regard like penalizing domestic umpires, referees and himself as how a bowler can play at international level on which PCB had doubt.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) must immediately built International Cricket Council (ICC) accredited lab (like Chennai, India where our players go for test) so that no Pakistani bowler has to face issue of suspect action at international level.
