Buffalo Park: Pakistan team is currently on a tour of South Africa where they have started their proceedings with a practice match between South African Invitation XI team. The four day match is played between the two teams is in progress but the point of worry for the Pakistan team is their middle batting order.
Pakistan first inning has concluded at 329 runs with Nasir Jamshed and Mohammad Hafeez providing a good opening stand but the upper middle order failed. It was with the lights of wicket-keeper batsmen Sarfraz Ahmed who scored 93 runs that Pakistan ended up with a respectable score supported with, South African World Cup nightmare, Umar Gul 49 run innings.
Though Pakistan was able to reach a good total in first innings but it has generated question for the inconsistent Pakistan’s middle order. the 2nd innings is to be played and all eyes will be on the Capitan and experienced Younis Khan that they must perform.
