Pakistan And India Should Work Together For Peace: USA

USAWASHINGTON: America has once again emphasized on Pakistan and India that both the countries should make joint efforts in order to remove tension. The spokesman of US State Department, John Kirby has said in a news briefing that we want to see removal of tension and disputes between both the countries and Pakistan and India should work together to resolve such issues.

An Indian journalist claimed in a question on the occasion that Pakistan’s special advisor on foreign affairs, Tariq Fatemi has asked America to intervene in order to remove disputes between both the countries. The US spokesperson responded that nothing more could be said in this regard that has already been told.

It is pertinent to mention here that India has been opposing the intervention of third power for resolving disputes between Pakistan and India. USA in this regard reminds both the countries that both have to work together in order to bring peace and development to the region.
