Official Ahmadi Website Banned By PTA???

Ahmnaddiya website bannedKarachi: It was reported by Local English Newspaper yesterday that the official website of Ahmaddiya community has been banned by Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) after it was accused of publishing blasphemous content against the Holy Prophet (S.A.W).

However, with the efforts of pro-Ahmaddiya community and Ahmadis holding influential government offices, the website has started working again and the ban from it has been lifted.

Earlier, a PTA official talking to English newspaper said that the site was blocked because the Constitution of Pakistan restricts the Qadianis to preach their deviant thoughts among the masses. He added that the PTA has already blocked a number of sites with inappropriate content controlled by Ahmaddiya in the past.
