Nawaz Shairf Arrest Warrant Issued By Accountability Court

Accountability Court issued arrest warrant of ex Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif after he failed to appear in front of the court today. The bailable arrest warrants were issued in Azizia Steel Mills case.

Nawaz Sharif’s counsel requested the court to exempt him from appearing in the court because of the health issues of her wife Kulsoom Nawaz.

He argued that the ex-PM was on its way to Pakistan from Saudi Arabia when he heard about the deteriorating health of her wife. ‘Nawaz Sharif performed Umrah and prayed for the health of her wife and is going back to London because she needs his support in this crucial time’ his counsel said.

Daughter of Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz appeared in the court to face the hearing against him, his husband Capt Safdar b y National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

Earlier it was believed that the leader will reach Pakistan today to face the court but it seems that the decision was changed by the party leaders in the last hours.
