You may have heard people saying I don’t get time to do this and that task, while you may have also seen people who know what free slot is available from his 24 hours in the next day or even week. Both have 24 hours the only difference is managing time.
If you want to manage your time then the first thing you should do is create a list of repetitive tasks which you have to do daily on same pattern. Now add things which you must do, after listing you will probably have only few slots available.
Create another list with things which you want to do, at top write things which your prioritize. Now add the most important things from these lists to the main list’s free slots.
For example you want to attend a friend’s wedding party but also want to watch a movie, then give priority to the wedding party because it can’t be delayed while the movie can be watched some other day.
During the whole day check the list and tick the things you have done and then pursue those which have to be done.
