The 25 years old woman, Farzana Perveen, was stoned to death (Honor Killed) by her family in the premises of Lahore High Court because she married to a man whom she loved. Such Honor Killings in Pakistan is a big issue which must be dealt with strictly and those involved in the killing must be hanged.
It is media which highlighted such issues otherwise; these types of killings were underway in the past and are still continued. Since our media has got freedom, many hidden big issues are emerging which is surely a positive sign because awareness brings improvements in law and order situations and it is hoped that such tragic incidents be coped with sooner or later.
