It is expected that Pakistan’s renowned & famous fashion brand Khaadi is earning up to Rs 6 crore daily across its stores & outlets in Pakistan.
Khaadi donated Rs. 3 crore of its earning from Independence Day to Diamer Basha Dam, which was 50% of the total earning. This indicates that on average the total sales of Khaadi on 14th August were of Rs. 6 core.
This is an average & expected sales as on discounts and Eid the sales increase and then there are days when sales drops.

To celebrate 14th August Khaadi initiated the ‘Hum Bhi Pakistan Hain’ campaign under which it donated 100% of its income to Pakistan.
The founder & CEO of Khaadi Shamoon Sultan said that they have no right to the Independence Day earning.

Through poll Khaadi asked their customers to select the sector for which the proceeds should go. The sectors in the poll included water, health, education, sanitation, and environment.
After poll they revealed that 50% of the proceeds will go for water while other 50% will go for betterment of Pakistan.

During Prime Minister Imran Khan’s visit to Karachi Khaadi revealed their donation of Rs. 3 crore to Diamer Bhasha Dam which was initiated by Supreme Court of Pakistan.
The announcement was made during a fund raising event in Governor House Karachi. During the event different brands, institutes & personalities gave funds for Diamer Bhasha Dam.
