New Delhi: Indian Army Chief Bakram Singh has accused Pakistan on Monday at a press conference in New Delhi, calling the Kashmir incident as a planned shoot out that killed the two Indian soldiers. ” The attack on January attack was a planned activity, without detailed preparation it could had not happened”, said the Chief.
The army chief said that orders have been given to the soldiers at the Line Of Control (LoC) to not to retaliate but respond back aggressively, in case of attack or fire from Pakistan. He spoke these words at the wee hours on Sunday when talks were to begin between the commanders from both the countries over the tension faced by the countries after tensions stirred over the LoC agreement violation that resulted in the deaths of soldiers from both the sides.
After the two countries had signed the ceasefire agreement over Kashmir a decade ago, this is the most serious violation that has happened in the years.
