Supreme Court of Pakistan has started collecting funds for the construction of Diamer-Basha and Mohmand Dam. You can deposit amount through any bank account of Pakistan.
During proceedings of a petition regarding construction of dams Chief Justice Saqib Nisar announced that Supreme Court will collect funds for the cause, after which he directed State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) to open an account for donations.

Chief Justice initiated the process by appealing people to donate funds for the construction of dams which he claimed has become a serious problem.
On the order of Chief Justice an account was opened by SBP, commercial banks also opened accounts for the cause on SBP directions. State Bank also ordered all commercial & micro-finance banks to facilitate the process by providing internet banking, ATM Banking and alternative delivery channels.

From the allocated amount Rs. 72.7 billion have already been released through which 85% of the land for the project has been purchased.

How To Make Donation for Diamer-Basha & Mohmand Dam?
The process to make donations to construction of dams is very simple and easy, just follow these steps if you want to donate any amount for the cause:
1) Visit your nearest bank
2) Proceed to the deposit counter
3)Fill the deposit form and submit cash
4) If you don’t know the a/c no. of Supreme Court account for funds then ask the bank officials to provide details to you.
As per the direction of SBP banks will also provide mobile & online banking facility through which you will be able to deposit the fund form the comfort of your home.
