According to news that was reported on local news channel of Pakistan it was stated that a unique mobile phone application has been introduced by students of Lahore. This app helps the user to stay away from the guidelines that they do not want to listen and saver their time. Through it user can easily get the answer for which he/she has contacted the helpline center.
In detail the news report stated that when a person calls on a particular helpline they has to wait for too long to get the required information. Most of the people do not have enough time to wait for so long time and due to this they face many problems.
Two students Umar Khan and Rizwan Chand have introduced a solution to this problem through a mobile app named VIVID. This app saves the user to hear different options from the customer service. The user will be able to directly talk with the customer relation officer.
A team of 7 students worked hard to create the app. It helps user to stay away from holding service by pressing some keys. But It has not been launched still in the market.
