Python is one of the species of snake from which most of the longest and largest are ever found. The Guinness World Record title for the longest snake is of ‘Medusa’ which is 25 ft 2 inch long (7.67).
The snake weights 158.8 kg and eats 18kg deer in one sitting. Her diet consists of combination of rabbits, hogs & deer. She earned the title in 2011 when she was measured, it took 15 men to hold her for measuring.
There were even longer pythons but they were shot or killed at the spot such as the python which was killed in 1912. After measuring the length of the python astonished almost everyone, it was 10 meter long (32 ft 10 in).
‘Medusa’ is kept at the ‘The Edge of the Hell’’ which is a haunted house in Kansas city hall, which is visited by thousands of people every year.
